The brief for a structural report can take many forms and we will work with you to establish exactly what you require and ensure that you get best value.
Reporting can take a number of steps – until an initial study has been carried out it may not be clear as to what issues may affect a site or building.

Structural Timber

We have extensive experience of design in timber having been involved in the design and certification of timber frame structures, of up to six storeys. The Firm is a registered NHBC Timber Frame Certifier.

Masonry

Wide knowledge and experience in the design of masonry structures for structures of up to four storey including retaining walls.

Structural Steelwork

We provide design for all types of structural steelwork projects from individual beams to entire building structures, including 3D drawings and, if necessary, production of fabrication drawings.
All design is to Eurocode 3 : Design of Steel Structures.

Reinforced Concrete

Design and detailing of reinforced concrete to Eurocode 2 : Design of Concrete Structures is carried out using, where appropriate, 3D software to provide economical designs.

Temporary Works

We have experience in providing temporary works design for an extensive range of projects – from small scale domestic to multi-storey new build and refurbishment projects.

Expert Witness

Bill Henderson has used his extensive knowledge and experience to provide expert witness services for a number of Clients including major insurance companies.

Road Construction Consent

We have been commissioned to provide road designs and to obtain Road Consruction Consent for clients
